Dear Friends, Families and Local Businesses,
Woodstock Little League offers the opportunity for all children ages 4 through 16 to play baseball or softball, learn about sportsmanship and build new friendships. We are excited about the quality of volunteers we have each year who share a common goal to provide a positive experience for our youth.
With this letter I ask that you consider making a monetary donation to Woodstock Little League for the season. Any donation amount will go a long way toward making a positive impact for our Little League players.
Outside of the yearly registration fee, Woodstock Little League relies solely on donations from community members and fundraising to maintain and improve our facilities and equipment.
The hope is that with donations this year we will be able to improve our fields and invest in more training equipment for our players that will help with their development and enhance their safety.
If you are a business, we will continue to acknowledge your generosity as we have in the past. Your business will be recognized on Opening Day and at Closing Ceremonies (last year these events were attended by over 200 people). Your donation will also be acknowledged on the Woodstock Little League website for the 2024 season, with a listing of the full name of your business, contact information, description and logo. Our families are encouraged to support local businesses that have become part of our Little League family.
Once again, for the 2024 season, with a donation of $250 or more, WLL will be placing your business name, logo and contact information on a sponsorship banner to be placed on the outfield fences of our main baseball and softball fields.
Regardless of your involvement as a friend, family or local business, know that your donation is making a difference for our youth and the memories their Little League experience creates. Thank you for considering this request.

WLL is also always in need of non-monetary donations. Items that can be donated include:
- Working refrigerators and deep freezers
- Landscaping tools (wheelbarrows, rakes, shovels, etc)
- Landscaping equipment (lawn tractors, weed wackers, etc)
